At GPLHook, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is structured as follows:


General Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds for Downloaded Products: Once a plugin, theme, or other digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” Refunds will only be issued if the product is completely unusable and our team is unable to resolve the issue.
  2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
    If a product purchased from GPLHook does not work as described and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a refund. To initiate this process, please:

    • Open a ticket at our Support Desk and allow 24-72 hours for our team to respond.
    • Provide all necessary details and access for troubleshooting.
  3. Contact Support First: Before a refund is considered, customers must contact our support team to address any issues. Direct disputes or chargebacks without contacting support may result in a permanent ban from our site.
  4. No Refund for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you decide not to use the product or purchased it by mistake. Please ensure you understand the product details and your needs before making a purchase.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Membership Subscriptions:
    • Refunds are not available for VIP Memberships or subscription plans. Memberships are offered at highly competitive rates, and cancellation is allowed at any time without refunds.
    • If you purchase a membership for testing purposes, it is non-refundable.
  • Update Delays:
    • We cannot always update products immediately after a new version is released by developers. Requests for updates can be made, but delays in updates are not grounds for a refund.
    • We do not guarantee that new versions will be available immediately.
  • Renewals:
    • Subscription renewals are strictly non-refundable. You may cancel automatic renewals at any time via the My Account page.
  • Promotional Offers: Discounts and offers apply to future purchases only and cannot be used to claim refunds or partial refunds for previous purchases.

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny refunds in the following scenarios:

  1. You have changed your mind about the product.
  2. You purchased the product by mistake and have already downloaded it.
  3. A product is incompatible with your WordPress installation, plugins, or server settings.
  4. The product does not function as you expected, or you were dissatisfied with the product features.
  5. The product displays a license key or activation notice (our products are GPL licensed and function without activation).
  6. You broke your website during installation or misconfigured the product.
  7. You refuse to provide our support team with temporary access to your website to investigate the reported issue.

Additional Notes

  • Account Cancellations: You may cancel your account at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
  • Product Usage Post-Refund: If a refund is issued, you must immediately discontinue use of all associated downloaded products.
  • Damaged Products After Updates: If an updated version of a product is still unusable, we may deduct the diminished value of the product from the refund amount.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

We provide support to assist with the installation and configuration of products purchased through GPLHook. However, as we are not the original developers of these products, our technical support capabilities may be limited.
